Creation of a quality management system at the enterprise as a tool of project management

This article describes the process of development and production of the Quality management system at the enterprise in accordance with the requirements of the National standard ISO 9001-2015, as well as determines the main stages of implementation of this tool in the company. The Quality management system as a tool of project management allows improving and optimizing the activity of the organization, increasing productivity, achieving and stably supporting high quality products and services to meet the needs and requirements of consumers.
