Creation of a labor motivation system and principles of motivation in state and municipal administration

The article provides a research analysis of the most popular modern methods and tools for stimulating and motivating personnel, which can be applied by state and municipal authorities in the formation of a motivational system. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that at the moment there remains a large proportion of state and municipal institutions that have not adapted the new mechanisms for stimulating labor activity within the framework of their human capital management system.
