Creation of wheat varieties by agro-ecological zoning of Samara region

A detailed analysis of the soil, geological and landscape, geo-botanical and climatic differences on the territory of the Samara region has allowed to form seven major agro-ecological mezazon. Based on the concept of adaptive crop, it has been tasked to create an address for each of these mezazon system of crop varieties. Focused on a number of distinct characteristics (resistance to fungal diseases, plant height and lodging resistance, resistance to grain germination, length of the growing period) specifically allows for creating varieties appropriate set of environmental conditions. However, the majority of quantitative traits for which the phenotypic expression of a large contribution of epigenetic component to conduct such selection difficult. It is proposed to use complex statistical methods against the background of environmental gradient similyarnosti to assess genotype-environment genotype responses to environmental factors change. The most effective method is the method of multidimensional scaling (principal components and visualization of multidimensional scaling coordinates of the two main components of bi-density analysis). Using these approaches, we analyzed the complex varieties of winter wheat, soft spring and summer durum wheat on a specific genotype-environment response and localized clusters of varieties of agri-environmental mezazonam region.
