Currently, there is need for a highly sensitive and specific methods of analysis of the plant material infected with plant pathogens for identification dovizualnyh signs of the diseases of plants. Methods based on enzyme immunoassay, one of which is an ELISA-test (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay, ELISA). This method allows to increase the sensitivity of the assay and to reduce testing time to a few hours, is the most common and widely used method for analysis of plant material for diagnosis and identification of plant pathogens. In posledenee there has been widespread contamination of vegetable root rot, not only in the open field, but in the greenhouses. One of the widespread damage plants is Fusarium wilt caused by fungi of the genus Fusarium spp. It was developed test system using a method of enzyme immunoassay for the presence of phytopathogen Fusarium oxysporum in vegetable and green cultures treated with different preparations. Revealed samples of cucumber variety "Courage", affected by Fusarium.
