Formation of different grass stand types adaptive for the Russian north-western zone

The present work is the result of three-year research concerning the peculiarities of creating lawn grass stands on the basis of perennial short meadow grasses. In the course of the work, the evaluation of each lawn grass type is given according to the main qualitative indicators: decorative features of the grass stand, its uniformity, density, foliage degree and yield.
