The «Lifebuoy» to Prevent Youth Health Deterioration in the Era of Digital Transformation of Education

Introduction. The article considers the problem of reducing the risks of deterioration in the physical, mental and moral health of young people in the process of digital transformation of education in Russia based on the analysis of scientific research in this area and the development of proposals for creating a safe psycho-emotional and informational environment for students. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the results of domestic research and foreign experience of scientists from those countries where the digital educational environment has been intensively introduced. Materials, Results and Discussion. Systematic, dialectical, comparative and interdisciplinary approaches, analysis of statistical data are used. We relied on the methods of studying the legal sources on the problem of digitalization of society and education in Russia, the analysis of biomedical, psychological and pedagogical foreign and domestic literature on this issue. Based on the analysis of scientific data of domestic and foreign science, the authors reveal the main reasons for the deterioration of the psychophysical health of students under the influence of the digitalization of education, which is often carried out at an accelerated pace and does not take into account a number of regularities in the maturation of the brain and personality of students. It is emphasized that domestic culture and science are a reliable "lifebuoy" in solving this multidimensional problem. Based on the relationship between environmental and neuropsychological approaches, an analysis was made of the mental and sociocultural conditions for preventing the deterioration of the psychophysical health of students under the influence of excessively forcing the pace of digitalization of education. Conclusions. As a result of the study, recommendations were developed for preventing the deterioration of students' health in the era of digital transformation of education in Russia, foreign experience taken into account.
