Specialization may be considered as one of the tools that allow a trade organization to maintain its level of competitiveness at the proper height. Assortment management, specialization of a trade organization with appropriate management predetermine the achievement of the main goal of commercial activity in retail trade - an increase in income and profit. Specialization can be considered as an effective method in the competition - maintaining the depth of the specialized assortment is a unique guarantee of the successful functioning of business entities in retail. The acceleration of working capital turnover in trade organizations indicates, inter alia, the correctness of the chosen strategy in the field of specialization.
