Specialized norms of criminal law in the mechanism of criminally-legal regulation

This article defines the notion of “ special norms of criminal law ”, to which the author considers the different kinds of goals, objectives, principles, definitions, presumptions, fictions, and other criminal law provisions. They differ from the regulatory and enforcement criminal rules for its functions, structure, content, implementation mechanism. According to the author, the special criminal provisions have a specific internal structure, they do not have clearly defined rules of conduct in a specific prohibitions, obligations, rights, and their participation in the regulation of public relations is not their own, but they are in stable combinations of other criminal rules.
