Special knowledge from ethnology area at crime investigation

The effect of ethnic and mental stereotypes on the behaviour of a person is analyzed. The necessity of use of knowledge from ethnology (ethnopsychology and ethnolinguistics) in law enforcement activity to increase the effectiveness of crime detection, committed by a crime group formed on the basis of ethnic affiliation as well as to reduce the possibility of infringement of rights and legitimate interests of citizens is proved.
