Текст научной статьи Specific paraimmunization of pigs at salmonellosis
Original and at the same time rather simple approach in a solution of a problem postvaccinal complications has been used by Terjuhanovym of Century B. (1968). For this purpose it used formol-glycerin latent solvent at bacterination of pigs against a plague. According to the author use formol-glycerine latent solvent at bacterination of pigs against a plague an alive vaccine allows to exclude completely postvaccinal complications. As a matter of fact in many respects the similar approach not without success has been realised by Laskavym V. N (1996) at vaccinal prevention transmissible virus gastroenteritis at pigs. For these purposes the author used 0,2-0,3 % solution of formalin which rendered immunostimulatory action on an organism of animals and at the same time promoted decrease in virulence of inducers of gastrointestinal diseases.
According to a series of explorers of an important component in occurrence postvaccinal complications has immunobiochemical a state of vaccinated animals. However this factor actually is not taken into consideration in industrial pig breeding. At the same time, many explorers in the works specify that bacterination of animals with immunodeficient a state not only does not yield desirable result, but even more aggravates the immunobiological status of the vaccinated. In animal industry many explorers not without success apply any immunomodulating factors to a solution of a problem of increase of efficacy of bacterination. However application only one immunomodulating factors has quite certain risk which, unfortunately, also is not taken into consideration is a state of exchange processes. Application of immunomodulating factors against infringement of exchange processes most likely is frequent reaches a converse effect.
In our opinion for the correction decision immunometabolic processes at vaccinal prevention against a salmonellosis our workings out represent quite concrete practical interest, as has caused carrying out of the yielded researches.
MATERIALS AND METHODS OF RESEARCH
Stuffs and methods of researches. Studying of influence of succinic and formol-amber biostimulants on immunometabolic a state and preventive maintenance of complications at bacterination against a salmonellosis was made on pigs-otemyshah by 1,5 monthly age.
For experience carrying out it has been generated three experimental bunches. Bacterination of pigs have made an alive vaccine against a salmonellosis from the HARDWARE strain - 177. Thus to pigs of the first bunch (n = 17) it is one-stage with a vaccine succinic biostimulant in a dose of 3,0 ml, and to pigs of the second bunch (n = 19) in similar volume formolz-amber biostimulant has been introduced. The third bunch (n = 22) pigs took root one vaccine. This bunch was control and the quantity of pigs in it was several more than in skilled bunches. During the yielded experience we put a problem to obtain the data, concerning influences biostimulators on development of specific antibodies on a vaccine. Thereupon pristinely was blood from 10 individuals of each bunch is taken.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
As one would expect, at the first research in РА before vaccine introduction in blood of almost all pigs antiserum capacities from 1:10 till and even at one till 1:45 have been revealed. It testified that pigs have been infected by field strains of salmonellas. For carrying out of repeated researches blood took from 5 individuals of each bunch at which antiserum capacities were in limens from 1:15 till. A repeated blood test have made for 14 days. Thus we recognised that by this time an immune response stage on a vaccine at the majority of individuals should reach the expressed value providing protection of an organism from the conforming inducer against which bacterination is made. Results made immunological researches by us are presented in the table 1.

Analyzing presented in the table information it is necessary to notice that we quite expected more enhanced immune response of an organism of pigs at introduction of succinic biostimulant. However at pigs of the second bunch the immune answer has appeared more expressed, than at individuals from the first skilled bunch. The yielded phenomenon demanded a scientific substantiation. It is necessary to notice that similar results have been collaterally received also by others to explorers which are taking up the problems of increase of efficacy of bacterination against other infectious including virus illnesses. Sidorov M. A with co-author (1992); Priests of Century С co-author (2014). In our opinion it is caused by formalin presence in succinic biostimulant. The formalin introduced into an organism quickly enough is deduced through urinary system. However even its short-term stay in an organism variates a metabolism at microbes that is pernicious for them. It constrains activation of infectious process of field strains of salmonellas, and leads to allocation of an antigen from the lost bacteria. Probably there is also an add activation of immune system. It will be coordinated with Laskavogo V. N's statement (1996) that formalin possesses immunostimulatory action. Parenterally injected low concentration of formalin and formolvaccine are capable to render desensitizing the action on an organism at a tuberculosis reports Evglevskij A.A. (1997). Most likely set of these factors also causes more high performance of application of formol-amber biostimulant at the bacterinations accompanied by side effects. Nevertheless, the yielded aspect demands the further studying and we do not apply at all for final true.
As to preventive maintenance postvaccinal complications here our forecasts have completely justified. In the first bunch, in weak degree some oppression only at 4 pigs was observed. At repeated introduction to these pigs of succinic biostimulant symptoms of an indisposition within 3-4 hours were completely reduced during 3 - 4 hours. At pigs of the second bunch of complications did not observe. All animals were vigorous and at them good appetite, in comparison with pigs of control bunch was marked. At pigs of control bunch for the second days at 2 and on the third at 4 individuals symptoms, characteristic for disease by a salmonellosis have educed. To all ill pigs of this bunch the policy of intensive therapy by gentamycin in a complex with succinic biostimulant has been followed. It has allowed to provide clinical recover 4 of 6 sick pigs.
CONCLUSION
Thus, application of formol-amber biostimulant at bacterination of pigs by an alive vaccine from the HARDWARE strain - 177 allows is expressed to enhance specific immunegenesis and to exclude postvaccinal complications. Application of succinic and formol-amber biostimulants gives the chance to create the congenial background of carrying out of bacterination that has important practical value in the conditions of industrial conducting pig breeding.
The data obtained during dissertational research has been successfully approved in the conditions of a pig-breeding complex of the Lipetsk region, and now is widely used in production by veterinary service of Kursk area.
