As you know, the methods and tools of pedagogical management are changing. Therefore, in the process of teaching foreign languages to the students, it is vital for teachers to use modern pedagogical technologies, and to use the media effectively.

The objectives of teaching foreign languages are determined by the interests of the society and the state.

The First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan I.Karimov has stated: "We have not only the students of the educational system, but also the wide range of knowledge and professional skills, the ability to communicate with their peers abroad, to be aware of all the current events, innovations and changes, we attach great importance to a deeper study of foreign languages, which is the most important precondition for world intellectual wealth "[1].

Effective results can not be achieved by applying traditional teaching methods today. Effective use of video conferences is important. The potential of computer technologies is increasing day by day. One of the modern computer technologies is the videoconference, which has a profound effect on language learning and instruction.

Videoconference is an effective way to communicate with the latest computer technology, making it easy for people to see and hear, share information, and view them in an interactive way. Of course, video conferencing can never replace face-to-face contacts, but it allows thousands of miles to communicate.

Better seeing one hundred times. As you know, most people prefer television viewing rather than listening to the radio. It is clear that the information you have seen is more than clear-cut. Therefore, it is inevitable to involve video conferencing in the education system, which will allow you to keep in touch any distance. First of all, people are able to communicate online, saving both the time and money, which means that the need for more time and effort is low. In contrast to the videotelephone, in the process of videotapes, it is possible not only to listen to the interview, but also to observe the thought-provoking, sometimes thoughtprovoking patterns and hands-on. In addition, it can be used to exchange the most complex and diverse data, with full-screen images, high-quality audio, remote camcorders, video games, and talks.

Video conferencing in education is interactive because of the interconnectedness between the teacher and the student. The use of interactive teaching technologies in foreign language teaching provides a basis for effective teaching of language learning and learning.

As mentioned, video conventions are mainly used for teaching distance learning. While there is a distance between the teacher and the student, they are the same as in an auditorium. If the student has a question, he will press the button and report to the instructor. This will enable the student to ask questions instantly or at a convenient time or at the end of the lesson, as with normal teaching.

Observations show that it does not justify raising students' interest in studying, researching, and encouraging students to read through dry lectures. Likewise, similar conventions make it less boring for students. One of the benefits of teaching them a foreign language is that while listening to lectures, students increase their listening comprehension skills in a foreign language. Especially when the learned foreign language speaker is the mother tongue, through listening comprehension students learn to improve their pronunciation in their foreign language. However, as video conferences are based on interactive basis, they should promote a regular dialogue between educators and trainees.

Videoconferencing has not been used in the language teaching system of our country at present, but the need and interest of students in non-traditional education will increase significantly if they are included in the foreign language curriculum of our university.
