Specificity of determination of gerontological crime

The article discusses the determinants of gerontological crime. The conclusion is made about the main factor complexes that generate this type of crime and cause the commission of crimes by the elderly, as well as crimes against the latter. The results obtained by the author can be used to develop a set of effective measures to prevent gerontological crime.
