Specific development of the Russian enterprises' organisation culture

The modern economic conditions demand Russian management to reinforce their non-material assets and organizational culture in particular. However the authors state that managers do not realize to the full extent the long-term work in this direction. The research testifies diversity of organizational culture perception and states the necessity of its purposeful development to form strong organizational culture.
