Specificity of civil legal liability individual entrepreneur

The article gives a characteristic of the civil liability of an individual entrepreneur, highlights the main features and specificity of the civil liability of an individual entrepreneur, highlights the grounds for exemption from civil liability of an individual entrepreneur. A number of features of the responsibility of an individual entrepreneur are also noted, which make it possible to distinguish it from other forms of responsibility, the issue of bankruptcy procedures was considered, an example of judicial practice and analysis of Russian legislation, scientific research is given.
