Specifics and relevance of the transition from homo economicus to homo creator in Belarusian economic realities

The article examines the experience of global economic development, which impressively demonstrates that the leading positions are occupied by those States that use the scientific potential that allows them to be the first to produce advanced varieties of products based on a more advanced technological structure. According to the author, this provides opportunities for such countries to obtain monopolistically significant innovative rents and maximize profits. At the same time, it is quite obvious that advanced technologies and equipment are formed, implemented and applied by a person, they are not formed and do not work without him. The key driving force behind the formation of an advanced technological order is the human Creator, the power of his creative and innovative energy. It appears as a synergistic effect based on 2 key points: the presence of creative and innovative potential of the staff and strong motivation.
