The article deals with the problems of transportation of dangerous goods by road, as well as the specifics of the transportation of such goods. The Appendix to the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road of September 30, 1957 (ADR) is described, the Russian regulations governing the carriage of dangerous goods by road are listed. Also, the paper presents the existing increased safety requirements for the transport of dangerous goods.
