Specifics and problems of the application of the rules on the limitation period to civil legal relations

The article examines the problems of the limitation period, analyzes the data of the legislative base of the Russian Federation, as well as the opinion of experts in this field, on the effectiveness of the use of the NPA known to us, where we come to logical conclusions about the imperfection of the regulatory system of the Russian Federation, since there are no clear boundaries of understanding the beginning of the limitation period and its end.
