The specificity of information legal relations at the present stage of development of the information society

The author is conducted theoretical-legal research of information legal relations, their features, defined of each of the elements of the structure- the subjective composition, the object, on the occasion of which the information legal relations and their content are formed. The issue of approaches to the classification of information legal relations is examined. Special attention is paid to the issue of the method of legal regulation of modern information legal relations.
