The article is devoted to the actual problem of improving preschool teachers vocational training, of developing their personal and professional qualities using the active methods of training in preschool educational institutions. The author considers active and interactive forms and methods of teachers training, the role of methodical service promoting effective development of teachers professional competence, their interest to professional activity. The article reveals the interactive forms and methods of teachers training, substantiates their practical importance for teachers activity development when they consider the actual problems of professional practice. The author pays special attention to methods of formation of the teachers reflexive skills, that are need to control and evaluate themselves. The author when considering the application of interactive forms and methods of teachers training relies on the theoretical sources given below and also on results of the work of methodical service of preschool educational institution kindergarten № 43.
