One of the priority spheres of modern Culturology is the study of socio-cultural component of ethno-cultural tradition, the formation of which is influenced by a number of economic, political, social, cultural factors. Formed ethno-cultural tradition is a socio-cultural space of human life. Thus, the rite and the ritual is a stereotyped behavioral form, which is created for harmony and unification with nature, divine forces, cosmos and other sacral aspects. The diversity of approaches to ritual culture and tradition demonstrates the breadth of human understanding and consciousness in the aspect of social interactions and continuity of generations. Each nation has its own unique traditions, customs, rites and rituals, as well as national clothing and cuisine, oral folk art, dance and music culture, characteristic features of everyday life. Rites and rituals in the context of culture and traditions allow to identify the culture, find the characteristics and differences with other cultures, while maintaining the identity of the nation. A deep understanding of the peculiarities of culture of different peoples helps to build harmonious relations in the process of intercultural communication.
