Specific features of emotional states in adolescents with addictive behavior

This article explores the characteristics of emotional states in adolescents predisposed to addictive behaviors. The analysis highlights key features of their emotional sphere, such as high lability, dominance of negative experiences, difficulties in emotional regulation, and internal conflicts. Special attention is given to the influence of social factors, biological features of the nervous system, and psychological mechanisms that contribute to the development of dependencies. The main directions of preventive work and correction of adolescents' emotional states are presented to prevent the formation and consolidation of addictions. The article emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach in working with adolescents to develop sustainable self-regulation skills and emotional stability.
