Specificity of violations detected by prosecutors in carrying out supervisory activities for observance of citizens' land rights

The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of violations identified by prosecutors in the supervision of the observance of citizens' land rights at all stages of their implementation on the example of the activities of the environmental procurators of the Penza, Voronezh and Khabarovsk regions. Typical violations committed by entities supervised by the procurator authorities are classified at each of the three stages of the realization of citizens' rights to land. Contradictions in the work of procurators establishing the state of legality in the sphere of land relations, which reduce efficiency, have been identified. Recommendations have been made to streamline the work.The study found that the solution of all the contradictions caused by the lack of the necessary information, will be facilitated by the creation of a database in which the results of previously carried out checks are recorded, and the existence of a register of special use zones.
