The article deals with the main problems arising from the quality management organization in Russian aviation enterprises. The article reveals the theoretical and practical approaches to their solution and ways to improve the quality management of transport systems in Russia. Russian management, including aviation, is quite special and conservative. "Repressive management" is still popular as a basis for managing organizations. As a consequence, a low corporate culture can be called conditionally humanistic and intellectual. Rather, it is a culture of internal struggle - all with all and against all. Such enterprises are very difficult to change. The other problem is that new type companies are not enough structured. They are more market-oriented, more customer-oriented and they often simply reflect their founders. Despite all the differences, most of our airlines have the same shortcomings: the unconsciousness of the model of their own company; disagreement with mission personnel, vision, values and guidelines; low level of development of organizational structures, documentation; blurred responsibility, authority and interaction; leadership...
