Specifics of the concept "Blended learning" and its place in the modern educational process

The article reveals the specifics of the concept of "blended learning" in relation to other forms: distance learning and hybrid learning. It is determined that, based on existing interpretations, distance learning is part of blended learning, and the ratio of traditional and distance formats within blended learning allows this form of organizing the educational process to be viewed as a spectrum. The work defines criteria that determine the specifics of blended learning, which is also considered in the context of the development of educational informatics and digital didactics.
