The specificity of the law-making powers of the executive branch at the regional level

The subject of the article is the consideration of the features of law-making of the executive authorities of the regional level in modern conditions. The purpose of this article is to study the main approaches to organizing the law-making function of regional executive authorities and develop proposals for improving efficiency in the area under consideration. In the course of the study, it was established that the law-making of regional executive authorities is important from the standpoint of the implementation of state policy at the regional level, which is carried out in the general direction of the trend of strengthening federal principles in the statehood of the Russian Federation. It is noted that at the present stage of development of public administration, it is necessary to actively use modern information technologies in the law-making activities of regional executive authorities. The author provides a positive experience of introducing information technologies into the law-making activities of the regional executive authorities of the city of Moscow. It is concluded that it is necessary to spread the positive experience of implementing the law-making activities of the Government of Moscow to other regions of the Russian Federation.
