Peculiarities of teaching Russian language to foreign military cadets at base level

The article demonstrates scientific and methodical approach to language analysis. On the one hand, language learning is based on the traditional concept consisting I level by level language acquisition (phonetic, lexical, word-formation, morphological, syntactic). On the other hand, choice of teaching techniques for every level is determined by peculiarities and needs of learners in the military academy.
