The specific features of the speech strategies in English judicial discourse

The article deals with different speech strategies which allow using speech means in accordance with communicative tasks. The analysis allows to draw a conclusion that the efficiency of judicial dispute is connected with the ability to use different speech strategies. And also to assess a speaker’s non-verbal behavior in different situation of judicial communication. This work is of interest to linguists and those who are interested in judicial discourse.
