Reforming specificity of education system of Russian Federation. Economic indicators of quality

The article deals with the actual problems of the choice of parameters for assessing the quality of the education system in the Russian Federation in the context of globalization and reforming the education system under the influence of European trends. Approaches to assessing the quality of education in domestic practice and some foreign systems of evaluation Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) are compared.
