Specificity of selenium content in some raw meat types

The results of raw meat monitoring in Buryatia on the selenium content are given and the issues related to this antioxidant species-and tissue-specific accumulation process in biological objects are discussed in the article. The specificity of selenium accumulation by particular organs and tissues of animals grown in selenium deficiency conditions in the environment is revealed by research.
