Specifics of the job and youth employment in the labour market, using adolescents in the 15-19 age group as an example

The study describes the specifics of youth employment in the labour market on the example of adolescents in the 15-19 age group. The application of the time series method of the main indicators of dynamics, presented and calculated on the basis of the chain base, reflecting the cyclical development of the employment load factor of the studied age group, made it possible to identify possible reserves for its growth. In turn, the constant base made it possible to trace the increase / crease of this coefficient in comparison with the initial period. It is concluded that in the current conditions of the Russian Federation labor market development there is a need to regulate the processes of job and employment of young people of the analyzed socio-demographic group, which will increase their employment rate and quality of life respectively, and will also help create appropriate conditions that ensure socio-economic stability of society.
