Pecificity of human resources management in the social and economic turbulence conditions

The article examines issues related to the formation of a new model of human resources management in Russian organizations. It is noted that in recent years the socio-economic environment of the organization's functioning has changed significantly. It has become turbulent. This factor should be considered in the management systems of organizations, as well as in their human resources management systems. Moreover, the latter circumstance is more important. It is determined by the fact that turbulence affects not only organizations and management, but also human resources themselves, changing their characteristics.
