This article examines the specifics of organizing the activities of Russian food companies within the framework of strategies for expanding their activities in the market of the Islamic Republic of Iran. A detailed analysis of the Iranian business environment gives an idea of the prospects and specifics of the entry of Russian agricultural holdings into this region. Recommendations on choosing the optimal form of internationalization of Russian food companies with the potential for their development in TNCs are presented.
