Features of project management implementation in health institutions

The urgency of the problem under investigation is due to the fact that the budgetary policy in the health sector is implemented using the program-target method for allocating budgetary funds, and therefore long-term target programs are developed and implemented at the state level. The methodological basis for improving program-targeted planning can be the use ofproject management which is used, in particular, for the effective implementation of state programs in public authorities.
