The authors tried to identify general patterns of the analysis of moves and the period of their execution based on the comparison of technical and tactical interactions in freestyle wrestling. It was found that the wrestlers' activity is in the range of 1.0-2,3 attacks per minute; attack position reliability is within 0.34-0.64; defensive position reliability is within 0.56-0.77; resulting fight in a wrestling stance is in the range of 0.5-1,4 points/min; resulting mat wrestling is between 1.4-2,4 points/min. The revealed patterns will help a coach coordinate his own training approach and take them into account when planning the training programs for wrestlers.
