Range and frequency of fetus chromosomal violations at pregnancy regression, recorded in 2009-2013 at women, living in the south of Tyumen oblast

In work information from Center for Family Planning and Reproduction of Tyumen regional office of medical-genetic consultation is analyzed. It allowed to reveal a range of chromosomal pathologies at the diagnosis “pregnancy regress” during the period from 2009 to 2013. Frequencies of chromosomal aberrations found in the cytogenetic analysis are determined, and also the comparative analysis of the obtained data with similar, received earlier during the period from 1998 to 2004 is made. Average frequencies of chromosomal violations at a turn of the second and third millennia which can be used as basic for further researches in respect of genetic monitoring for population in the south of Tyumen oblast are determined.
