The spectrum of instigaters purulentally-inflamed illnesses of burned patients by results of microbiological research

The microbiological research of 79 tests of clinical material, receiving from burned patients was taken. During research of burned wound, it were secreted 120 culture of conventionally - patologic micro-organisms, which were belonged to 6 sorts and 14 forms. It is exposed the presence of height in 94,9% (per cent) tests. For all that 57,3% are monocultures; 50,6% and 52% of isolates were discovered in compound of 2 and 3 component assosiations. Grampositive coccus are 85,3% from general seminal test with Staphylococcus (62,6%). On gramnegative flora is 74,6%, for all that there were enterobacterium 50.6%, on portion of P.aeruginosa is 21,8%.
