Spectrophotometric method of total phenylpropanoid content in Cacalia hastata L. Leaves

Бесплатный доступ

A spectrophotometry method for determining the phenylpropanoids total content in the leaves of Cacalia hastata was developed. This method uses a straight version of the analysis in the UV region of spectra. Chlorogenic acid is used as a standard sample of a reference substance, which is the dominant component of Cacalia hastata phenylpropanoids complex. It was found that the total content of phenylpropanoids in the leaves of Cacalia hastata is 3.34-13.64%. Carried out validation analysis showed that the technique meets the eligibility criteria.

Chlorogenic acid, uv-spectrophotometry, cacalia hastata l., asteraceae, fhenylpropanoids
