The unified techniques of spectrophotometric determination of dexamethazone in solution and of cyclophosphan in lyophilizated pulvis are developed. Optimum conditions of definition in standardized test solution and bioliquids are found: for dexamethazone solvent of 0,9% a solution of sodium chloride, analytical length of a wave 249 nanometers; for cyclophosphan solvent of 96% ethyl alcohol, analytical length of a wave 211 nanometers.
