Β - carotenes. provide information about the total amount of β - carotene contained in Ferula thenusesta Korov, Curcuma longa L and Cinnamomum Cassia Blume plants by spectrophotometric method, as well as the results obtained from them, which medicinal plant contains the maximum amount of β-carotene.
