This study was undertaken to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of spiral computed tomography (SCT) in assessment of tumor response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy for patients with stage III non-small lung cancer. Diagnostic efficacy of SCT in detection of partial or complete tumor regression was 94% that was confirmed by results of histological examination.
