Dispute issues in the exercise of electoral right through electronic voting: in the context of court decisions

The article presents an analysis of court decisions in terms of protecting the electoral rights of citizens through their expression of will using new technologies of electronic voting. Revealing some points of a controversial nature when organizing a new way for voters to cast their votes, the author focuses on the importance of technical improvement of the electronic voting platforms implemented in the electoral process, which, as a result, should undoubtedly increase the level of confidence in the elections.
