Disputable issues in the implementation of some powers of the head of interesting body

The article is devoted to the consideration of some controversial issues related to the implementation of the powers of the head of the body, which cause difficulties in interpreting the legislation and applying them in practice. Various points of view on improving the process of applying these powers are analyzed. The necessity of expanding the procedural powers of the head of the inquiry unit to improve the procedural control over the inquiry in the system of internal affairs bodies is argued.
