Questions at issue of the resection and pancreas transplantation in aspect of blood supply features

General literal information, presented in the article, shows that despite significant success of surgical treatment of pancreas: increase of surviving index, lethality decrease - the results of pancreas transplantation in comparison with kidneys, liver, and heart transplantation are lower as before. The number of investigations with the presentation of comparative valuation of different transplantation types and resection of the pancreas is not sufficient depending on its blood supply condition. The results of experimental and clinical investigations don't have enough information not just about the features of the pancreas blood supply, but also for method choice of pancreas intersection taking into account its topography and angioarchitecture for segment transplant forming. Nevertheless, there are different variants and types of the pancreas blood supply distribution, which have individual features of angioarchitecture, topographic anatomy, and can depend on the age, constitution type, diabetes mellitus continuation and difficulty or the pancreas neoplasm. The future of the pancreas transplantation is seen in the treatment of young patients with diabetes mellitus, oncological diseases at early stages, before serious repeated complication origin.
