Sports as a tool of political impact

The article is devoted to the analysis of the peacekeeping function of sport on the example of the Olympic Games. An attempt is made to define sport as a tool for manipulating the mass consciousness of citizens. The author considers the Olympic Games as a subject of political manipulation in the international arena.
