Sports as a category of jurisprudence

The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that although sport is one of the fastest growing spheres of public relations, it has an extremely weak degree of legal regulation. The legislator did not interpret the basic principles of sports as an activity, as well as most of the basic concepts and categories of sports activity. Sports activities should give an impetus to the formation of a new branch of law - sports law.
