Sport teams of heterogeneous type: methodology of structuring

The paper considers a methodology of structuring of heterogeneous sporting teams focused on solution of collective problems. The methodology is based on preliminary measurement of the level of innovative intelligence and its components, followed by testing of gender attitudes and determining of the role function of each member of the team. The authors present an algorithm for heterogeneous team structurization providing the most effective creative work.
