Sports competitions as an essential element of sports activities

This article considers the concept of "sports competitions" as both an element of sports activity, and an independent way. The principles of competitive activity are considered; concepts characterizing the final outcome of the competition. Also in the article the role of sports competitions is analyzed in detail not only in sports, but also in human life; the tasks that sports activities solve are revealed.
