Sports management: problems and ways to solve them

This paper considers such a field of activity as sports management. Due to the development of the sports and physical education industry, there is a need for qualified specialists who would lead sports organizations, which shows the relevance of the work written. In the scientific article, the author showed the existing problems of sports management and recommended ways to solve them. The problems in the Russian sports activity management system are identified, the management of sports events in the university structure and organizations are considered. The problems of financing are also considered: for example, it is difficult to sign contracts and keep talented athletes in a certain team, since good athletes are often attracted by high salaries and bonuses. It hinders the development of the sports organization's infrastructure, as difficulties arise in the construction and repair of stadiums, sports grounds and training halls.
