This article raises the problem of promoting sports among young people. At the moment, young people are passionate about other leisure activities: hookah, bars, clubs. It is known that it is in the period of youth that the foundations of a healthy lifestyle are laid, in this regard, it is necessary to popularize sports and an active lifestyle among young people.
