Method of receiving the culture of autologous cells from lymphatic glands stroma of patients with chronic lymphatic edemas of the limbs

The comparative analysis of superficial somatic lymphatic glands divided in two groups (inguinal and upper jugular) in 54-65 years old patients with secondary lymphedema lower extremities revealed complete substitution of inguinal lymphatic glands by cicatricial and adipose tissue. In the jugular lymphatic glands of patients with the same age the involutive processes are observed, but no less than 30 % of lymphatic tissue is being saved. On the basis of these results the possibility and the method of receiving the fibroblastic cell cultures from stroma of unaltered superficial human lymphatic gland were proved. This raised cell culture can de used for auto transplantation in the area of application in patients with peripheral chronic lymphedema of extremities for its relief.
